What program can I buy to fix the XP boot problem?

What program can I buy to fix the XP boot problem? When I turn on my Toshiba Satellite laptop I received this from messages, 'Adisk read error. Press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart. I started the computer with the XP CD and recovery options are not working. Is there a good boot program out there that solve my problem? What program can I buy to fix the problem XP boot?
