How to open a dell vostro 200?

I recently purchased a dell vostro 200 and I wanted to upgrade it. The only problem is I don’t know how to open it. I tried to unscrew the side panels and pull them a out but they won’t budge (both panels). I’m guessing the right panel is the one to take out since it has bigger screws to take out, but theres a spot where you can attach a lock thats blocking me from disassembling.

It looks like you just take out the screws and slide it backward.
