03 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 change problem?

O3 I have a Grand Cherokee with 53.000 miles my 4 wheel drive works well when I return, but when I move the gear lever back to 2H stays in 4 hours it takes several tries to get it back to 2h the light goes out but comes in 4 h, has the Select-Trac, be grateful for any help, thank you very much for your help, Hoot

Even though the GC with a change in the ability to fly, it's always better to stop and put it in reverse. Make copies safety of at least 10 to 20 feet and you should see and feel the release of the transfer case and change back to 2h. Always remember to leave the Jeep roll forward to the passage of 4WD to 2WD, and then, as I said back up at least 10 feet.
