How do I get my GeForce FX 5200 PCI Graphics Card to work in widescreen?
So I got a GeForce 5200 FX PCI Card with 256MB onboard memory. I have it hooked up to my Widescreen LCD television with a VGA cable. Why can't I get the thing to work at resolutions over 1024X768? Is that the highest it will go? Can I get it to run in widescreen?
Is there any PCI card that will support Wide Screen?
Hey that is the card I have. Most likely you also have nvidia drivers. When you loaded your nvidia drivers you put a nvidia Control Panel in your control panel. You can make any adjustment on your nvidia control panel.
If you are having a problem, go to http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
and download updated drivers.
I have no problem with 1024 x 786. Also you should use your s-Video Cable.
