Is there any way to extract business view of my recovery DVD for my HP laptop?

I want to be able to simply reinstall the system Operating without trial for all software. Will Microsoft still activate? I'm not looking to pirate here, so please no responses about "Well, Only Vista Business download illegally. "Thanks in advance!
